I cannot say enough about Lenny and his fabulous crew at Pinnacle Roofing. We had a very complicated job involving all new trusses and going from a flat roof to a pitched roof. Every aspect of the job was explained and priced more than fairly. There are always glitches on jobs of this magnitude and all were met professionally and handled quickly by the owner, Lenny and the foreman, Paulo. The crew we had here, Ronny, Mark and the incredible carpenter, Ralph, were knowledgeable, highly skilled and very capable at their respective jobs. When our house had no roof and we were in “mid-truss”, a huge rainstorm came through. The crew (especially Ronny) worked overtime to secure and waterproof our entire roof to protect everything from the rain. After two days of torrential downpour, we had three drops of water in the garage. That’s it. Plus one of the crew came by each day to check on things to make sure we were good until the work could start again.
Our house looks better than I could even imagine all thanks to Pinnacle. No matter whatever unexpected issues or can of worms came up, Lenny met us halfway. I can’t say that about any other contractor I’ve ever worked with. EVER.
