Built-in Gutter Project

This is a built-in gutter project in the Seward Park area of South Seattle where we removed  torch down and installed an 80 mil. PVC membrane by IB Roof System. We also replaced all the old commercial Zurn style cage drains using IB’s U-Flow drains that come equipped with an internal compression style fittings.
